What opens without paying?
One tool, Sign PDF, with one signature a day and files up to 10 MB, with no account and no payment. We picked that one because signing is where it matters most that the file never leaves your computer, and where the promise of the product is easiest to see. Every other tool, OCR included, is part of Premium. The daily count resets the next day and lives in your own browser, not in an account of ours: it is an honest brake on honest use, not a security boundary.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The subscription is monthly, with no lock-in, and cancels from your account settings, with nobody to talk to. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, there is no further charge, and you can reactivate until then. There is no minimum term and no exit fee.
What happens at the end of the month?
The subscription renews automatically for another month, at the same 1.99 EUR price. If you cancel before renewal, you keep Premium access until the end of the period already paid, then move to the free plan, with no further charges.
Am I entitled to a refund?
If you cancel within the first fourteen days after the first charge, we refund the amount. After that period, cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the month already paid.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes. The 1.99 EUR a month already includes the VAT applicable to your country, calculated automatically by Stripe at the moment of payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and PayPal, processed by Stripe. We never store your card details: they stay with Stripe only.
